How accurate are the GPS coordinates?

Some of the GPS coordinates used a method of looking up an address from the postal service or similar service. Both Yahoo and Goggle provide a service to look up the GPS coordinates for an address.

Another method used has been services like Goggle Maps or Goggle Earth. This can be help full for finding locations like intersection of Main Street and 27 Avenue.

Many RVers will also submit the GPS coordinates from their personal GPS device. These can be readings taken from a vehicle or some RVers get out of their vehicle and take the coordinates over the sani dump. The closer you are to the dump location the better.

The most accurate coordinates are from professional grade GPS devices which if the reading was taken from over the sani dump would be more accurate than most people would need.

As there are many factors to consider with each method above; they will each have varying degrees of accuracy.
