from Wheeling take Route 2 North to Wellsburg, at the 4th red light (by Parkvale Bank) turn Right onto Washington Pike (Route 27) travel approximately 4 1/2 miles, past the cemetery, the park is on the Right across the street from the school; from Weirton/Steubenville take Route 2 South to Wellsburg, at Krogers, go 4 red lights (by Parkvale Bank), turn Left onto Washington Pike (Route 27) travel approximately 4 1/2 miles, past the cemetery, the park is on the Right, across from the school; from Washington, PA from I-79 Spouth, take 70W to the Jefferson Avenue exit, off the exit bear Right, at the 2nd light turn Right on Jefferson Avenue, next light, bear Left onto 844W, travel approximately 17 miles to the WV state line, where 844W becomes Route 27 (Washington Pike), the park is 1 mile on the Left across the road from the school
