hard to find, absolutely no signs; at the wastewater treatment plant, drive into the gated entrance, turn Right toward the administration building, drive past the administration building to the pumping station building, circle it counter clockwise until headed back out, on your Left, beside the building is the manhole for black and gray dumping; exit as you entered; look for the camera watching you dump
