The dump station has water and a short, open water hose. If you have good pliers, you might be able to use your own water hose. The dump pipe opening is higher than the surrounding wide depression in the concrete pad, so you're working in the last dumper's mess. There is little evidence of good housekeeping at the dump station. Potable and rinse water (non-potable) are available.
