the RV dump station at the fairgrounds is locked, but will be unlocked for you after paying at the fairgrounds office; there is a spigot 2.5 feet from dump station hole, when asked for another spigot to get drinking water from and were given one near the office; you can also pay the campground host for services if the office is closed
